Vargo Skullcrusher, high level [Colored]

When Vargo finally caught up to his son while he was asleep at an inn, he was attacked... By his son from the future. After swiftly putting the boy back in his place, his future son urged him to not stop Klog from pursuing magic. He would need it for a showdown much later, hinting at subterranean invaders that would come in the thousands. Confused but feeling future Klog was in the right, he agreed to halt his pursuit. Future Klog gave him a strange artifact called the "Paradox Stone" which he used to travel back in time, and now Vargo keeps it on person to keep his old age from getting the better of him. He left a little bit of lunch money in the inn's room and went on his way.

Feeling that it would be better to continue the trek to Savanth-Yi, Vargo kept with the rest of his party as they marched onward. He would go on to slay countless hostile native creatures and savage beasts until he and the rest of his group made it to the legendary lost city of Savanth-Yi. There, they worked together to explore and settle the place so that their comrades could set up shop and learn of the ancient city's wonders. Many giant animals were killed, and Vargo even slew a dire bat with his trusty bonechucks (which he fashioned himself long ago, though his weapon crafting skills are top-notch now)! They have not been used since due to the rage this inspired in the GM.

In time, Vargo and the others made it up the towers and were hesitantly instilled with mantles of power by the ghost of Savanth herself. There, they were charged with taking on the serpentfolk menace that was growing in power just beneath the city. Now, several weeks later the pillars have been activated and allied armies have marched down into the cavernous depths below to distract the serpentfolk army whilst Vargo and his comrades rendezvous at the inner sanctum to take on the leaders of the serpentfolk, whoever they may be.

This is an artistic reference made so artists I commission have a basis from which to create from. I'm fully aware of my inability, but I try to be as comprehensive as possible. While this isn't made for me to get better, any pointers on how to make a better reference piece is appreciated.

This is my orc barbarian I made for the "Serpent's Skull" adventure path. My group and I are almost at its end, so it seems only right that I make and upload reference sheets for such a successful character. Come to think of it, he's the highest level character I've ever played from 1st level onward. This is him based on a more current design idea. At this point, my group and I are making our way through the serpentfolk's inner sanctum as vast armies distract the enemy. We're pulverizing whatever we come across and making our GM facepalm more than a few times over our massive POWAH.
